These suppliers have access only to personal data that are necessary to carry out their duties and SELFPACK guarantees that they cannot use the same data for other purposes and are also required to process personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and pursuant to the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. The disclosure of account data and other personal data is permitted only if this is expressly required by law; to enforce or apply the General Conditions of Use and Sale and other agreements; for the protection of our assets or rights, as well as for safety reasons of SELFPACK, its users and customers or other subjects.
